Frequently Asked Group Safari Questions
Q: Can we bring our own food ?
A: Yes, of course! You're welcome to bring in your own food. Coolers are always allowed. Please remember,for the safety of the animals, no straws, plastic lids, or balloons are allowed in the zoo. Also, alcoholic beverages are not permitted on zoo grounds.
Q:
How and when do I pay?
A: You pay by local
check, cash, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card on the day of the tour
prior to zoo entry.
Q: What about group members with zoo memberships?
A: If people in your group have a Naples Zoo membership, they are free when the group leader includes zoo member counts when booking the tour and presents photocopies of each member's card and a copy of the corresponding photo ID for adult members upon entry.
