Can we purchase lunch?
A: Yes, your group can purchase food at the Wynn’s at the Zoo store or snack stands, or you can pre-order a discounted boxed lunches for your group. Your Naples Zoo representative will provide you with an order form when you book your visit. The Wynn family has been the food purveyor of choice in Naples since 1948.
Can we bring our own food ?
A: Yes, of course!
You're welcome to bring in your own food. Coolers are always allowed.
Please remember,for the safety of the animals, straws, plastic lids, or balloons are not allowed in the zoo. Also,
alcoholic beverages are not permitted on zoo grounds unless purchased from Wynn’s at the Zoo and consumed in the Pavilion.
How and when do I pay?
A: Naples Zoo staff will conduct a final headcount upon your arrival to Naples Zoo and payment will be processed at that time. You can pay by check, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
Q: What about group members with zoo memberships?
A: If people in your group have a Naples Zoo membership, they are free when the group leader includes zoo member counts when booking the tour and presents photocopies of each member's card and a copy of the corresponding photo ID for adult members upon entry. Please remember group rates are based on paying guests and members do not count towards your group number.
